It takes forever. And if it isn't coming out right, you have to start over.

It can cause rope burns or lasting red marks. How will she explain them?

It can cause injury, due to inadvertent cutting off of circulation.

At a minimum, you must have a shears that will quickly cut the ropes, in an emergency. Ditch the ropes. Far better to use Wide Leather Straps or Belts.

Much quicker & simpler.

Plus, Straps Creak!
